Resgrid supports the ability to suppress (mute) communications to Personnel that currently have an active Staffing Level(s) that the Department Admin can select. First navigate to the Department Settings page.

On the right hand side of the page under Personnel Status Reset you will see the "Suppress (Mute) For These Staffing Levels" section.

To use this feature it needs to be set to "ON" and in the text box below you need to select the staffing levels you want to mute all communications for. You can select one or many Staffing Levels to suppress communication for. Once you have this set don't forget to save the settings by clicking the blue "Save" button.
