Not all of our plans can send SMS/Text Messages as of July 1st 2023. The Free plan can no longer send out SMS and Text messages for any message type (Calls, Messages or Notifications). The Standard plan also cannot send SMS for messages, but can send SMS for Calls.
All plans can send Push Notification (to users with the Responder app installed and logged in) and Emails as well for all message types.
